Dadar - Ekta Nagar SF Express (12927/12928): Daily service connecting Mumbai and Ekta Nagar.


Ekta Nagar (Kevadia), home to the Statue of Unity in Gujarat, is best accessed by road via Vadodara (approx. 90-100 km) or Rajpipla. Key routes include NH48 via Bharuch or the direct state highway from Vadodara (approx. 1.5–2 hours). Taxis and buses are readily available from Vadodara and surrounding cities.

  • From Vadodara (Approx. 90-100 km / 1.5 - 2 hours):

    • Route: Vadodara  Dabhoi  Rajpipla  Ekta Nagar (Kevadia). This is the most direct and common route.
    • Transportation: Private taxis, cabs, and state transport buses (GSRTC) are available from Vadodara railway station or central bus depot.

  • From Bharuch (Approx. 90 km / 1.5 - 2 hours):

    • Route: Take the road towards Rajpipla and then proceed to Ekta Nagar.

  • From Ahmedabad (Approx. 200 km / 3.5 - 4 hours):

    • Route: Ahmedabad  Vadodara (via NE1)  Dabhoi  Ekta Nagar.
